Fareham Leisure Centre on Park Lane is the main public sports facility in the borough, operated by Everyone Active on behalf of Fareham Borough Council. Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, fitness studios, and a range of group exercise classes. The centre serves all ages, from children's swimming lessons to senior fitness sessions. It is the only public swimming pool in the immediate Fareham area and is well used by residents throughout the year.
